If there are any questions, Kekaaii is entirely available to answer them. We have collected some of the most frequently asked questions, however, if any doubts remain, just send us an email to info@kekaaii.com.

Shipments

After the confirmation of the order, we prepare it to be sent, and the delivery time will
vary depending on its destination:
Mainland Portugal: NACEX (1-3 business days)
Azores and Madeira: CTT (3-5 working days)
Spain: NACEX (3 to 5 working days)
Rest of Europe: CTT (about 5 working days)
Rest of the World: CTT (about 7 working days).
Note: If it is a pre-order, the periods mentioned above start counting as soon as the
product reaches us.

Due, not only to a high number of requests, but also to our current no restocking policy as well as in order for us to put your favorite pieces aside: Kekaaii gives you the opportunity to pre-order and buy your favorite pieces as soon as possible.
When you Pre-Order, you secure your order while the products are still reaching us. This means that there will be a delay when shipping your order, but do not worry, as we will always inform you on the deadline in the product’s description.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number (eg
#2390).
You will also receive another email, once your payment is confirmed, when processing
your order on the shipping platforms.
You should always have access to your order’s number, so that we can pass on all the
informations until the shipping process is complete.
Regarding CTT’s shipments, we will provide you with the tracking code, if requested.

RESTOCK

One of our principles is to appeal to conscious buying habits, and that is why we will not replace stock. This means that when an item is sold out, it will not be available again, as we aim to create unique pieces with the highest standards, regarding quality and making it exclusive.
Therefore, we advise you to guarantee your orders as soon as possible.

SIZES

In order to help you find the size that best suits you, we have a size guide available in the sections when selecting a product.

In addition to the size guide reference, we warn you that, regarding the bikini models
with patterns and their manufacturing process, they can be sized slightly smaller.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

To exchange or return an item, simply follow the instructions inside your package or contact us at info@kekaaii.com

We do not offer exchanges. We understand there may be occasions where you wish to exchange an item. That is why we offer a 14 day exchange policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can exchange it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it. Any exchange does not include the shipping costs. Any exchange will be subject to a shipping and handling fee which will be charged.

We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it. Any refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you. Any return for a refund to the original form of payment will be subject to a shipping and handling fee which covers the return shipping costs that will be deducted from the refund amount. If you choose to receive your refund in the form of a gift card, the return shipping and handling fee will be waived. Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. Hang Tags + Hygiene stickers must be attached (without ever being removed). All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 10 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date your return is delivered to process your return.

Any item with price reductions are non-refundable. This includes promotions and final sales.
